Agriculture

Purpose: The agriculture section of the Embassy is the representative office for South Africa’s Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF) in the United States. We represent all interests in agriculture, forestry and fisheries matters of the country.  The Office serves as a hub for agricultural representation in the United States of America, Canada, Mexico and Cuba; it also looks at South African agricultural interest in the rest of the Americas.  It provides the strength and determination to consolidate the partnership for poverty eradication, accelerated growth and wealth creation.
