Voting on April 15, 2009, at the SA Embassy by Registered Citizens in the USA

1. All South Africans registered to vote with the IEC, should visit the IEC website at www.elections.org.za or email iec@elections.org.za to confirm your registration.

2. Should you be registered, please be informed that voting will take place on 15 April 2009 at the South African Embassy in Washington, DC, from 7a.m. until 7p.m.

3. Please bring your green identity document as well as a valid South African passport. In the event that you do not have a green identity document, please ensure that you produce a temporary identification certificate (TIC), together with your valid South African passport. Please note that without such documentation, you will not be eligible to vote.

4.Please provide proof of your registration, upon arrival at the Embassy.
