IEC Statement on Procedures for Voting Abroad

In light of the Constitutional Court ruling of March 12 2009, the Department of Foreign Affairs has received the following official statement from the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) setting out steps to be taken by registered South African voters who intend to vote outside South Africa in the upcoming election.
